Vervology is looking for driven individuals to join our team. Vervology is growing and is on a mission to be the #1 in our field. We need individuals to build business relationships and networks – our business is built solely on relationships (B2B). You will seek out and foster business relationships, ask questions specific to a benefit, and make statements specific to a benefit, to lead a small business owner to the point of a decision. That decision: to sign up and partner with Vervology for our digital strategy and content marketing plans and packages. You find the prospect, build the relationship, and make the introduction to Vervology, and we will handle the close.

This position is totally performance-based, and you are paid as a 1099 independent contractor.

Vervology exists to build partnerships with and help small business owners develop and maintain their digital platforms. As Vervology continues to strengthen its growing brand and virtual team, we need you to expand our customer base and community.

The Role

As an individual with a passion for engaging humans, you seek out small business owners, actively listening to their requirements, making statements specific to a benefit, and asking questions specific to a benefit, leading them to the point of a decision to work with Vervology.

In short:

You will:

Prospect: Find small business owners who want to thrive online.

Nurture: Build relationships, engage, and follow up.

Book: Lead the prospect to the point of decision and book a final sales call.

Maintain: Maintain the relationship and expand business with further business introductions.

Earning Potential/Income

How much commission you earn is totally based on your performance.

A typical example/scenario selling our eXpress ($100/mo) packages:

1. One new client per week: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$3,350/yr

2. Ten new clients per month: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$7,800/yr

3. Twenty new clients per month: 15% commission plus residuals = ~$23,400/yr

A typical example/scenario selling our Foundation ($750/mo) packages:

1. One new client per month: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$5,850/yr

2. Four new clients per month: 10% commission plus residuals = ~$23,400/yr

3. Eight new clients per month: 15% commission plus residuals = ~$70,200/yr

Qualifications

  • A history of dealing with humans and dealing with complex scenarios, an example might be: you’ve been a teacher, a nurse, you’ve run a chaotic household.
  • You don’t need to know the technicalities of building a website, business owners are humans – you need to know how to engage and communicate with people.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and decorum are required always.
  • You must be a US-based individual for tax purposes.

  • Knowing how to actively listen, engage humans, and be able to build client relationships.
  • The ability to adapt and learn fast will bring greater rewards.
  • Ability to organize chaos and deal with complexity.
